What’s New for Spring?

We are as excited as our residents are to see more amenities open for use. This means that things are improving for all of us across Southern California. We all look forward to getting back to normal.

Across our Far West Communities, the basketball and tennis courts remain open for residents for use by reservation. Our pools are also open but hours will be from 10 am to 6 pm and use will be limited. Throughout the day our team will continue to clean and sanitize.

As of April 1, our fitness centers will be open for use. We will limit access, and ask residents to keep time to no more than one hour. We are thankful for everyone’s understanding.

We have also taken this opportunity to kick off a few community improvement projects. You may have noticed work being done at The Aspens Riverside pool. These are all ways that we keep making our communities better for our residents.

Now that Spring is upon us we will see more flowers through our communities. We love our beautiful landscaping and flowers as they are a beautiful part of what makes our Far West communities a special place to live. Enjoy the blooms!
