Villa Del Mar Named Property of the Year

We are thrilled to share that Far West’s stunning, newly-renovated apartments located on the waterfront in Marina del Rey received Property of the Year for 2022.

This honor recognizes the hard work of its management team including Kelly, Larissa, Melia, David, and Jaime. The recognition was well earned thanks to the team’s incredible success against a surge of new competition. Marina del Rey has undergone a recent building boom of high-end class A apartments. That is why it is a credit to Kelly and his team for delivering the exceptional resident service that propelled Villa del Mar to achieve Property of the Year.

Another important reason for Villa del Mar’s success is the fact that Kelly King, the property’s manager, is an active member of the Marina del Rey community, serving on county committees in top leadership positions.
